We are now looking for a Service Technician (junior level) for a long-term consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment involves service, repair, and preventive maintenance of machines, both at the service center and, when necessary, on-site with customers. You will be an important part of the service organization and play a central role in ensuring high quality, good service, and efficient processes.

As a consultant, you are employed by us and rented out to the customer.

• Service, repair, and preventive maintenance of machines

• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical issues

• Warranty and complaint cases

• Documentation and reporting of completed work in workshop systems

• Planning and prioritizing service cases together with the team leader

• Customer support and clear communication regarding ongoing and completed cases

• Work on continuous improvements within service and work processes

• Ensure that workstations, tools, and spare parts are properly equipped

• Fieldwork as needed and delivery of products to customers

• Follow applicable safety regulations

• Technical knowledge and understanding of service and repair of machines

• Forklift license

• Overhead crane license

• Swedish spoken and written (native level or equivalent)

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Good communication skills

• Experience in service work within industry, workshop, or mechanical engineering

• Experience in customer contact and technical support
