About the position
As a maintenance mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client's machines and technical systems operate optimally. Your work will involve both repairs and preventive maintenance, where you troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify technical faults to minimize downtime and maximize production reliability.

You will work with everything from lubrication, repairs, installations, and inspections to driving mechanical improvement initiatives.

Together with a dedicated team, you will contribute to an efficient and structured workflow. Team collaboration is important – we support each other, share knowledge, and work together to find solutions when challenges arise. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, mechanics, and manufacturing, who thrives in a role where quality is prioritized over quantity. Your main responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing machines and technical equipment
• Conducting planned preventive maintenance
• Following up and documenting completed work
• Identifying and reporting technical deviations
• Contributing to improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency

Working hours
The position is full-time, with working hours Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Overtime may occur if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational maintenance, repair, installation, and service tasks
• You have basic computer skills
• Forklift or aerial lift certification
• Driver's license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Education

• High school diploma with education in industry or technology is an advantage, but not a requirement.
