We are looking for a Junior Service Technician for a company in Stockholm.

Start is immediate, a 1-year fixed-term assignment to begin with. Possibility of extension after that.

Role Description:

The position primarily involves repair and preventive maintenance of our machines both at the service center but may also be out in the field. The position also involves support to our customers during, for example, delivery of machines. As part of our service team, you are the face of the company - you work together with both aftermarket personnel and our field salespeople to provide our customers with the best possible support and create new business opportunities.

1. Repair and service of machines

2. Support to customers in Sweden, Swedish partners, and service centers in Sweden.

3. Handling of Swedish complaints and warranty cases

4. Training of customers and partners in Sweden; foreign partners may occur

5. Inventory management of local spare parts/sales inventory at the service center.

Assignment:

  • Service, repairs, maintenance, warranty work on all products within the product range.

  • Identify and diagnose problems with our products. If necessary, perform service work in the field as well as at our service center.

  • Be responsible for ensuring that repairs are reported in our workshop system.

  • Work to ensure that our service lead times are kept within established targets.

  • Document completed work and report to the team leader.

  • Assist in ensuring that workstations, etc. are properly equipped and contain the spare parts, tools, and consumables required to perform the work.

  • Continuously communicate any faults and deficiencies with internal departments for ongoing improvement of the product program.

  • Actively participate in the work of continuous improvements within service.

  • Daily plan and prioritize current service cases together with TL.

  • Clearly communicate with our customers about upcoming cases and follow up on completed work to ensure good service.

  • If necessary, assist in delivering products to our customers. If necessary, receive customer orders for machines, diamond tools, spare parts, etc.

  • Communicate any business opportunities to the responsible salesperson. Ensure that safety regulations are followed.

  • Opening & closing of the service center and other tasks within the department or company.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge: Understanding of the products and systems to be serviced and repaired.

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-driven: Be a team player with the ability to work independently and handle complex technical problems.

  • Forklift and overhead crane license

This is a consulting assignment at 100% via Incluso in Stockholm. Start is immediate, 1-year fixed-term assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension after that. This assignment is 100% on-site in Stockholm.
