Job Description:

The position primarily involves repair and preventive maintenance of the customer's machines both at the service center and potentially in the field. The role also includes support to the customer's clients during, for example, delivery of machines. As part of their service team, you are the company's face to the outside world - you work together with both aftermarket personnel and their outside sales representatives to provide the best possible support to their customers and create new business opportunities.

1. Repair and service of machines

2. Support to customers in Sweden, Swedish partners, and the customer's service centers in Sweden.

3. Handling of Swedish complaints and warranty cases

4. Training of customers and partners in Sweden, foreign partners may occur

5. Inventory management of local spare parts/sales inventory at the service center.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge: Understanding of the products and systems to be serviced and repaired.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven: be a team player with the ability to work independently and handle complex technical problems.
• Forklift and overhead crane certification
