We are now looking for an experienced consultant for an assignment in business development and financial processes. The senior consultant will contribute to the work of developing and testing a larger organization's accounts receivable and ensuring the quality of financial reporting. The role includes, among other things:
- Business analyses to ensure traceability, accuracy, and completeness in reporting.
- Preparation of materials for financial reporting and participation in the further development of the existing solution while awaiting a new accounts receivable system.
- Management and further development of the current solution for financial reporting.
- Participation in the work with monthly reporting materials.
- Involvement in initiatives for improved business development capabilities in the financial area, including methodological and operational support for other development efforts.
- Active work on migrating older platforms to a new IT environment.
Requirements
You should be a highly experienced management consultant with at least ten years of experience in business and organizational development. You should also have:
- Deep knowledge of the Swedish governance model through at least five years of work in or with the public sector.
- Documented ability to express yourself very well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Responsible for larger assignments in business and organizational development.
- Solid experience of collaboration with management levels at the client.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in client responsibility and independent consulting work.
- Relevant academic degree (at least three years of university or college studies).
- At least five years of experience working with both management and development of IT solutions based on older, migrated mainframe systems in the financial area.
- At least five years of experience in business development of financial reporting in a public environment.
- At least five years of experience in developing business requirements for system development related to accounts receivable within a government agency.
- At least three years of experience in systematic methods for migrating extensive and complex data sets.
- At least three years of experience in SQL for data analysis of large data sets.
- At least three years of experience in analysis, development, and testing of the employer's self-developed applications and dialogue with application developers regarding technology and functionality in the solutions.

End date: 2028-01-31 with a 2-year possibility of extension
