About the role

As a systems engineer, you can expect overall system work, requirements management and breakdown, system design focusing on both hardware and software design/architecture. The work includes breaking down and allocating as well as distributing requirements. You will be responsible for following up on customer feedback, compiling and reporting results from verification and validation (VoV).

In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Working on how data and system requirements are specified, developed, tested, and distributed; this could include geographic data for aircraft, and 3D environments for simulators as well as other systems.

• Tasks such as developing creative solutions around agreed requirements together with adjacent systems and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Participation in various types of technical investigations.

• Contact with technical leaders, project managers, and Scrum Masters. The team is characterized by a friendly atmosphere and a good culture of helping and learning from each other.

Your profile

• A B.Sc or higher in electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, or a similar field

• At least 3 years of work experience as an engineer

• Experience in requirements work, system design, and project methodology

• Development of technical documentation

• Requirements breakdown (e.g., DIM RM, DOORS)

• Tools such as Matlab and Python

• Requirements verification

• Experience in project management is a plus

This position requires Swedish citizenship and approval in a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act.
