About the Role of Sales Coach

As a sales coach at Tellsome, you will play a key role in driving the team's development. You will:

Train, motivate, and follow up with our advisors in their sales efforts

Conduct individual coaching sessions and team training

Track key performance indicators and work towards high set goals

Create energy and engagement in the team through your leadership

Be a role model in sales by leading the way

Our top sellers earn up to 80,000 SEK, and you as a coach will be a crucial part in helping more reach that.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has documented experience in successful sales (preferably in telemarketing or similar)

Has a coaching leadership style and the ability to inspire others

Is goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about seeing others grow

Has good communication skills and is accustomed to giving feedback

Has experience working towards clear KPIs

Previous experience as a team leader, coach, or trainer in sales is highly meritorious.
