We are looking for a Business Project Manager in sales targeting private real estate companies: An important role where you will drive new sales, build strong customer relationships, and help develop attractive properties and workplaces for our clients.

Nativus has been part of Joyweek since 2024, a rapidly growing group that has gathered strong brands within Facility Management and service solutions. About the role

In the role of Business Project Manager, you will play a key role in our work with private real estate companies, primarily in Stockholm but also in other parts of Sweden. Here, you will focus on new customer acquisition and be responsible for the entire sales process.

You will have the opportunity to build and develop long-term relationships with clients, colleagues & partners. The main goal is to contribute to creating value in properties through our comprehensive solutions. The role involves close collaboration with our internal teams, where you will project manage and coordinate resources to ensure attractive offers.

Your mission

  • Be responsible for new customer sales targeting private real estate companies
  • Identify, drive, and win business through your network and proactive outreach
  • Conduct customer meetings, develop solutions, and negotiate contracts
  • Project manage internal resources to ensure attractive offers

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in service sales with good results, preferably within facility management, cleaning, or other related service areas
  • Has an established network within the real estate industry and a natural ability to create new business opportunities
  • Is a skilled project manager who enjoys driving multiple processes simultaneously
  • Has structure, energy, and a strong business understanding
  • Knows how to build long-term relationships that lead to growth and satisfied customers
