We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment is a temporary position for parental leave where you will be a key person in an agile CRM team.

You will work independently to plan, develop, and optimize CRM campaigns, with a particular focus on Bloomreach Engagement. Experience in setting up scenarios, building reports, and analyzing results in Bloomreach is highly desirable.

Your responsibilities: Plan, develop, program, and manage targeted campaigns. Follow up and analyze customer dialogues and campaign results. Optimize dialogues for high relevance and personalization. Set up automated and trigger-based customer dialogues. Initiate and follow up tests such as A/B tests. Orchestrate customer communication for maximum effect. Follow up marketing activities and suggest improvements against KPIs. Engage with stakeholders from brief to results reporting.

We are looking for someone who has: Experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar. Good proficiency in working with Bloomreach Engagement or similar tools. Knowledge of creating, running, and analyzing A/B tests. A strong interest in customer communication and CRM.

About the assignment: Start: October 6, 2025. End: December 31, 2026. Scope: 100%. Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work up to 25%.
