We are looking for an experienced and dedicated technician to be part of a focused and cohesive team. In this role, you will work on the development and management of our Active Directory and Privileged Access Management (PAM) services, as well as our access services both on-premises and in Azure. The workplace can be in one of the locations Stockholm, Linköping, or Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

As a PAM specialist, you will work in a large and technically complex environment where security and access management are central areas. With tens of thousands of users spread across multiple geographical areas, there are high demands on the stability, performance, and security of the systems.

The work involves both quick problem-solving and long-term strategic development work, where you will contribute to optimizing and modernizing our solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing changes within AD and PAM, as well as ensuring that the business benefits from the latest technological developments in the field. In the team, you will work alongside competent and engaged colleagues where knowledge exchange is a natural part of the work. We appreciate that you are a person who does not hesitate to contribute your experience while being open to learning new technologies and methods.

In this role, you will:

• Further develop and manage AD and PAM services, focusing on security and access management.
• Automate and script processes within the PAM ecosystem, for example, through PowerShell.
• Design and implement RBAC solutions (Role-Based Access Control) to improve governance and control of permissions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal IT teams and security departments, to ensure effective and secure solutions.
• Analyze and implement improvements to existing systems and workflows to enhance security levels and efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting and incident management related to AD, PAM, and related security solutions.
• Follow and apply best practices in IAM and security work, as well as keep updated on developments in the field.

Your Profile and Qualifications

You have a strong interest in security, automation, and infrastructure and enjoy working in a technically advanced environment where you can influence and develop solutions. To succeed in the role of PAM specialist, we see that you have:

• Experience with AD and PAM, preferably with CyberArk (or the opportunity to be trained in CyberArk).
• Good knowledge of scripting and automation, primarily in PowerShell.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex IT environments.
• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

Desirable Experiences

• CyberArk and other PAM solutions.
• Azure and secrets management.
• Work in larger IT projects focusing on security and access management.
• Security work and IAM/PAM strategies.
