We are currently looking for someone who wants to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant!

What does this position entail?

The client is a man in his 50s who needs help with everything in his daily life, including personal hygiene, cooking, laundry/cleaning, and activities.

We would like you to be social and appreciate the small things in life, such as music, playing board games, and solving crosswords, as these are things the client enjoys. The client also appreciates being outdoors when the weather allows, to take a walk or sit outside on the terrace on a warm summer day where he has space to socialize with his friends and family. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and respectful. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.  To work with me, I would like you as an assistant to be attentive, secure, and calm, preferably with a good sense of humor. 

We would like you to: 

• not be a smoker and not use perfume during your working hours.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends. 
• have experience or education in care and welfare. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment type: Fixed-term employment (part-time) + on-call staff

Scope: Fixed-term employment (approx. 75%) and on-call substitutes who can step in during the absence of regular staff.

Working hours: Day, evening, night, and weekends.

Start date: As soon as possible.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required under the Aliens Ordinance.
