We are now looking for an experienced UX writer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for you who enjoys designing with words and believes that user experience and research are essential. Do you want to influence how millions of users experience our products? Then this role is for you!

What does the role entail? As a UX writer with us, you will work agilely and closely with other UX designers, developers, and product owners. Together with the team, you will help users move forward with clear and precise texts in both Swedish and English. By thinking strategically and innovatively about the brand, you will guide our customers through Svea's products. You are skilled at making the difficult simple. We see it as detective work where curiosity is a winning concept.

You will

• develop and improve payment solutions for our customers and their end-users
• create user experiences where language is an integrated part of the design
• prepare and conduct user tests and research
• think strategically and innovatively about the brand and guide our customers through Svea's products together with other UX writers.

Who are you?

You are curious and open, with a good understanding of digital product development. You thrive in a team where the mindset is that feedback always leads to better results. With analytical thinking and creativity, you find new ways to reach our users and do not hesitate to share both finished and unfinished ideas. For you, UX writing is about more than just text: it’s about understanding the user's journey and how language can make it smoother. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are part of your daily work.

We are looking for someone who;

• has at least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or in a similar role
• is used to working with IT in cross-functional development teams
• has a good understanding of design principles and interaction patterns.

We will be especially pleased if you have

• experience working in the financial sector
• knowledge of tools such as Phrase Strings or Lokalise as well as Figma
• an academic background in communication, linguistics or similar. Please attach a portfolio with previous work to your application.
