About Apoteket Älgen

Apoteket Älgen is a medium-sized pharmacy located in the heart of Strömsund in northern Jämtland. As the only pharmacy in the area, we are an important part of the local community. Today, seven employees work here in a wonderful team spirit and warm atmosphere. We have fun together, support each other in everyday life, and ensure that everyone is involved in different parts of the work. With us, no one stands alone; we solve challenges together.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 10:00-14:00.

For us, this package is a step towards strengthening our vision of A Life in Health. With our package - Career at Apoteket, you will receive, in addition to a relocation grant of 30,000 SEK, a bonus of a total of 90,000 SEK (30,000 SEK / year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 3,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period.

The total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 228,000 SEK for employment over 3 years.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. If you have experience or interest in developing into the role of Responsible Pharmacist (LMA) in the future, it is a valuable advantage. This position may also involve some lending to nearby pharmacies, such as in Hammerdal, which requires a B driver's license.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. Whether you are newly graduated and want to grow into the role, or have more experience and are looking for new challenges, you are warmly welcome!

• You are open to the possibility of developing in the role of Responsible Pharmacist (LMA), or already have experience that we highly value.
