We are now expanding our team in Gothenburg with a Business Manager who wants to contribute to securing crucial tech competence for Sweden's leading companies. This is an opportunity for you who want to work in an environment where your contribution is highly valued and drives change.
Working as a Business Manager at Nexer Tech Talent:
In this role, you will focus on finding, developing, and deepening relationships with our partners by selling talent programs, hire-purchase, and consultants. You will step into a role where you take over some of our established customer accounts while having the space to build new collaborations from the ground up based on your interests and expertise.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. We believe in being out and meeting our customers – that’s where we do business! You will become part of a corporate culture where entrepreneurship and passion are not only encouraged but are the foundation of how we work. - Have at least two years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT/tech or staffing,
- Are goal-oriented, responsible, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
- Speak and write both Swedish and English fluently
- Are skilled at building and maintaining relationships and see the value in long-term collaborations
- An academic background is a plus
