Are you a dental nurse who loves patient contact?

We are looking for a driven receptionist who wants to combine clinical work with service in an engaged team where quality, patient experience, and development are at the center.

City Dental is in an exciting phase of development and is now looking for someone with high ambition in their professional practice who wants to grow within their profession.

The clinic is one of Stockholm's largest private dental clinics, and you will become part of a fantastic team of about 40 people.

The clinic is located in the heart of Stockholm on Drottninggatan next to Sergels Torg.

City Dental is a modern clinic that works with the latest technology and the best materials on the market.

At the clinic, we provide all types of dental care for adult patients. We use the journal system Muntra and have digital X-rays, CBCT, and OPG.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks as a receptionist with us will vary as we perform all types of treatments, from general dentistry to advanced specialist care, but will fundamentally consist of standard tasks such as:

• Reception work
• Phone advice and bookings as well as other administrative work such as handling cases in Symfoni, etc., and TVE
• Communicating with patients and understanding their individual needs
• Assisting dentists in treating patients when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dental nurse diploma
• At least 2 years of experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Computer skills and experience working with journal systems. Previous experience with the Muntra journal system is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

You are a qualified dental nurse with a passion for your profession and genuinely want to make a difference for your patients. You are attentive and trustworthy in your interactions and have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You are structured and meticulous, and keeping up to date with the latest in dentistry and oral health is a given for you. You also have the ability to convey information and knowledge in a simple and understandable way to your patients. You have a positive attitude and a willingness to participate in the development work taking place at the clinic. We see that you are responsible, thorough, and structured. Your ability to show empathy allows you to provide our patients with the best possible service.

EMPLOYMENT

The position is designed as a full-time job.

We work in shifts, alternating weeks of morning shifts from 07:00 to 14:30 and evening shifts from 13:30 to 20:15 + every other Saturday from 08:30 to 17:15.

The compensation is a fixed monthly salary where you also receive other competitive employment benefits included in City Dental's employee care package.
