Ersta Elderly Care is part of Ersta Diakoni and operates elderly homes in Stockholm and Uppsala. Our goal is to provide our residents with a safe and fulfilling daily life, with activities, community, and good and pleasant meals. With us, everyone should feel at home!

From February 2026, Ersta Diakoni will take over the operation of Johanneslund's elderly home in Västerhaninge. You who are interested in scheduled employment (permanent position or a temporary position) can already express your interest in becoming part of our team! You will have a fixed employment rate (full-time or part-time) and a set schedule that lets you know when you work.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you will have close collaboration with residents, relatives, leaders, and other colleagues in the care team. You and your colleagues will plan the workday based on the individual needs and wishes of the residents. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful daily life for those who live with us are important parts of the work. We focus on person-centered care, activities, care meals, and contact person responsibility.

Who are you?

Your personal qualities are important to us! You have a great interest in people and are confident in yourself. We also see that you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with your colleagues and are meticulous in your work.

Your experience

We are looking for you who:

• are a trained nursing assistant with certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• have good computer skills
