As a Supply Quality Manager (SQM), you will have a central position within the quality organization and become an important part of ensuring high quality in both products and supplier collaborations. Depending on your background and expertise, you will belong to one of four product groups - Mechanics, Electronics, Systems, or Non-metallic components - where your experience is best utilized. This way, you will work in an area where you already have a strong foundation and can contribute direct value while continuing to develop. You will work closely with both suppliers and internal functions and become a key person in driving development and quality forward. Examples of tasks include:

• Responsible for quality requirements in quotes, contracts, and purchase orders
• Conduct process audits and product audits at suppliers
• Manage defect cases, complaints, and corrective actions
• Work with supplier development, improvement programs, and risk analyses
• Perform root cause analyses and follow up on suppliers' quality performance

The role involves regular travel, primarily within Sweden but also in Europe. This gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships with suppliers and work in an international environment where quality and development are at the center.

• Bachelor's or university degree in a relevant field, or extensive experience in quality assurance
• Many years of experience in supplier quality and quality work
• Good knowledge of quality tools and methods
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have documented competence in process audits and experience with quality tools such as 8D, DMAIC, Six Sigma, RCA, MSA, and FMEA. We prefer that you are a structured and analytical person who has the ability to develop processes and drive improvement work forward. At the same time, you are communicative, service-oriented, and flexible in your approach. The role requires you to take initiative, collaborate well with others, and feel confident in leading and taking responsibility.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent

Location: Linköping
