Who are you?

To work as a housing supporter, we see that you have a good sense of integrity and meet people in a way that creates security in everyday and personal contexts. Therefore, we hope you have the following qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic – you have very good language skills, both spoken and written, including professional documentation.
• Fluent in Swedish – you have very good language skills, both spoken and written, including professional documentation.
• B driver's license – a requirement and you have driving experience and the ability to safely travel between clients.
• Experience as a housing supporter – meritorious but not a requirement.
• Pedagogical ability – works motivating and supportive to strengthen the client's independence and quality of life.
• Secure and empathetic – easily creates trust and confidence in meetings with others.
• Structured and independent – plans and organizes your workday effectively.
• Team player – appreciates open communication and works well in a team.
• Responsible – you are secure and ensure that the assignment is carried out with quality.
• Engaged – actively contributes to the clients' well-being and the development of the business.

Job Responsibilities - What will you do?

As a housing supporter with us, you will work to strengthen the individual's own ability in everyday life. The assignment is therefore based on providing support based on each client's individual needs and life situation.

Examples of job tasks:

• Structure in everyday life – help plan and create routines in the home and life.
• Support at home – assist with simple household chores and housing-related tasks.
• Motivational conversations – create security and trust in the relationship with the client.
• Support in contact with society – accompany to, for example, healthcare institutions or authorities.
• Promote independence – support the client in achieving their goals and developing their self-capacity.

Working hours and periods

Working hours: Monday - Friday. Employment rate: 6-10 hours a week. Working hours: 08:00-16:00. Sometimes the hours can be adjusted according to clients' needs, which may involve evening or weekend work on occasion and by agreement. Workplace: You will be based at our office in central Täby and the work takes place within Täby municipality.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, and Vaxholm. Currently, we run operations in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. At the office, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in several different geographical areas.
