About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician with a passion for service and problem-solving! In this role, you will be an important part of a team that assists users via phone, email, portal, and chat. You will guide, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while also contributing to the development of processes and workflows together with your colleagues.

Your profile
We believe you have a technical background from college or university and a burning interest in IT and support. You are communicative, meticulous, and solution-oriented – and you enjoy helping others.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Previous experience in user support/customer service/IT support

• Knowledge of ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow or similar)

• Very good skills in Swedish and English

• Experience from retail is a plus

• Extent: Full-time 100%

• Location: Stockholm

• Assignment period: Sept 29 – Nov 30, 2025

• Working hours: As a consultant, you will be scheduled for both weekdays and weekends.
