High Estate offers Sweden's real estate agents an efficient brokerage system and the opportunity to outsource parts of the sales process administration to our experienced back office team.

We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator with a background as a real estate agent or assistant to join our back office team in Gothenburg, which currently consists of eight people.
Your role as a Sales Coordinator
In this role, you will work closely with responsible real estate agents at our clients and be responsible for important parts of the administrative process. The position will focus on the startup process. We currently work with clients all over Sweden and with most types of properties and homes.
Examples of tasks:
- Conduct phone meetings where you gather important information for advertising and ensure smooth timelines.
- Quality assure advertisements through careful review of texts, property extracts, and materials from housing associations.
- Provide first-class support and be a reliable support for our real estate clients via phone and email.
- Coordinate emails and document flows – from advertisements and images to floor plans and government documents.
- Handle incoming mail by sorting, scanning, and distributing it to the correct part of the process.
You will become a specialist in Startup, which is one of our three main processes: Startup, Completion, and Handover.
We are looking for someone who
- Is a trained real estate agent or assistant and has experience from the industry.
- Expresses themselves fluently in spoken and written Swedish.
- Enjoys customer contact and has the ability to keep many processes running simultaneously.
- Has good IT skills, preferably in the Office suite.
- Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and appreciates teamwork.
