We are looking for a driven Account Manager with previous experience in B2B sales to join our wonderful office at Storgatan 30 in Luleå. Your responsibilities
As an Account Manager at Norra Resurs, you will sell qualified recruitment and staffing services primarily to large and medium-sized companies and organizations. You will be responsible for building and developing your own client portfolio with an individual budget and clear growth targets. You are expected to gain the trust of new clients and create long-term business relationships. Your role entails overall responsibility for driving collaborations throughout the sales process. Our working method is characterized by close cooperation with consulting managers and recruitment consultants to deliver the best possible results.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales.
- Is structured, self-driven, and has high social competence.
- Loves working with people and has a strong business interest. Takes responsibility for your work, is solution-oriented, and thrives in a changing environment.
- Is driven, action-oriented, loves to win, and works long-term.
- Has solid experience in successful sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set goals.
- Is a team player who focuses on the company's best interests.
- Thrives in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and has a good understanding of English.
- Holds a B driver's license.
Preferred:
- It is preferred if you have experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, but we place great importance on your personal qualities in this recruitment.
