Job Description
Do you have previous experience in sales and are interested in continuing to develop with us in an expansive and eventful industry? We at Securitas are currently looking for a new colleague for our sales organization within the SME segment where you could be the one we are looking for! With us, you will be part of an organization where we all have different profiles and competencies, but where we share the same commitment: to create safety in society.
As a salesperson, your main task is to meet customers, both new and existing, and together with them develop their security. You plan your days independently and therefore have great freedom and personal responsibility, which requires good self-leadership. In the role, you need to maintain high activity and are responsible for achieving your sales targets, where a major focus is on primarily targeting new customers for Securitas' portfolio. You will be selling Securitas services and products across our entire portfolio, which may consist of a combination (Solution) regarding technical security solutions, fire services, and personnel security, or as individual products.
The sales organization is divided into three regions, with the position located in the North region. You will be based in Luleå, and the area of responsibility also includes Arvidsjaur, Piteå, Boden, Kalix, and Haparanda and surrounding areas. In the North region's sales organization, there is currently a close-knit team of 13 salespeople waiting to welcome a new colleague! In addition, you will serve as an internal sounding board with your sales profile and a natural resource to the operations organization in the relevant geography.

Requirements Specification
For this role, you will need to have strong self-leadership and deliver results over time. You also need to be meticulous and leave nothing to chance in your daily work. Furthermore, we see that you need the following to succeed in the role;
Requirements:
- You have previous experience in proactive B2B sales
- You have experience in both establishing new contacts and developing established customer relationships
- Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
- Driver's license B
Meritorious:
- Previous experience in the security industry
- Experience working with sales in the industrial sector
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are a proactive and results- and relationship-oriented person driven by business and creating new customer relationships. You are self-sufficient and responsible with a business-oriented and problem-solving ability. Since the position involves many points of contact both internally and externally, it is crucial that you are a responsive, communicative, and unpretentious person with high collaboration skills.

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Law (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legality, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.
Salary and employment conditions are based on collective agreements between the employer organization Security Companies and the trade unions Unionen and Ledarna, as well as individual agreements.
