About the role

As a customer service representative with us, you are an important part of a close-knit team that handles inquiries from donors via phone, email, and chat. We do not work with telemarketing or sales – the focus is entirely on providing support and service of the highest quality.

You will work with varied and meaningful tasks, where each day presents new challenges. With support from knowledgeable and helpful colleagues, you will have the best conditions to succeed and thrive in your role.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish (requirement) and has basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written (requirement).
• Is empathetic, attentive, and solution-oriented.
• Has good computer skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems, which is a merit as we work in our clients' systems.
• Is skilled at handling administrative tasks and easily absorbs new information.
• Is self-driven and responsible, while valuing teamwork and common goals.

Experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement – we are looking for the right person with the right attitude!

Practical information

The position is located at our modern headquarters in Piteå, with a full-time employment rate of 100%. We offer two different start dates: May 19, 2025 and May 25, 2025, both with an employment period extending to August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension if there is continued need. Working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday.
