Are you an experienced sushi chef with a passion for quality and precision? We are now looking for a skilled sushi chef for our locations at St Eriksplan and Frejgatan in Stockholm.
About the roleAs a sushi chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking sushi of the highest quality. You will work in a professional kitchen where accuracy, speed, and a sense for ingredients are crucial. An important part of the role is also to ensure a high standard of hygiene and kitchen routines.
Qualifications2–5 years of experience as a sushi chef
Excellent knife skills and handling of ingredients
You are proficient in Swedish or English (it is a plus if you speak both languages)
You are meticulous, stress-resistant, and have a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine
You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
