Do you want to be part of driving business in one of Sweden's most significant industries? We are now looking for a Business Manager in the Defense Sector who wants to contribute to developing long-term customer relationships and lead strategic collaborations with some of the country's largest players. Here you will have a key role in developing the business, building high-level networks, and creating value for both customers and the organization.

Your responsibilities

Build and develop relationships with decision-makers and key individuals within the defense sector

Drive the entire business process – from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals

Coordinate internal teams and experts to ensure the best possible solutions for the customer

Participate in designing strategic initiatives and development plans to grow the business with existing customers

Present business cases and value propositions to management teams and decision-makers

Collaborate closely with responsible customer teams and management functions to achieve common growth goals

Contribute to strengthening the organization's position within the defense industry

Your profile

Documented experience in business development or sales within the defense or technology industry

An established network within the Swedish defense industry

Experience working with complex deals and consultative sales

Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to management teams

Structured, business-driven, and relationship-building with the ability to build trust at all levels

Academic degree in a relevant field

Swedish citizenship and fluent Swedish is a requirement
