We are looking for an experienced and creative UX designer who wants to create user-friendly and engaging digital experiences. You will be a key person in a dedicated team driving the development of customer-centric digital interfaces to contribute to a sustainable future.

Responsibilities:

• Work through the entire UX process from research to user testing
• Map customer journeys and flows to identify areas for improvement
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual solutions in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Ensure that the design meets WCAG and accessibility standards

Necessary skills:

• Documented experience in UX design for digital customer interfaces
• Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Ability to plan and conduct user research and testing
• Experience in creating prototypes and interactive flows
• Understanding of responsive design and web standards

Desirable experience:

• Background in UI design and graphic design
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Experience working in agile teams with developers
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
