We are now looking for an experienced communicator for an exciting assignment within an organization of high societal relevance. The role involves contributing communication expertise to projects with a strong focus on community development. You will work with strategic and operational communication, plan and implement target group-adapted communication activities, and support spokespersons in their work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement communication initiatives that support project progress and strengthen the organization's brand.
• Be advisory and operational in communication work, focusing on target groups affected by the projects.
• Ensure a consistent message in external communication and collaborate closely with other communicators and project teams.
• Contribute to creating clarity and engagement around complex issues.

Your profileWe are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in media and communication studies, journalism, or behavioral science.
• At least 5 years of experience working with communication in projects that affect the public.
• Documented experience in independently planning and implementing target group-adapted communication.
• The ability to work independently and systematically with a focus on goals and results.
• Good experience in adapting content for digital channels and using web publishing tools such as EpiServer and the Adobe CS package.

• Experience from working within government or public sector.
• The ability to communicate complex issues tailored to different target groups.
• Good collaboration skills, flexibility, and initiative.

Location and scopeThe assignment is based at the office in Sundbyberg and covers 100% of a full-time position. Remote work is possible for up to 50% of the working time. Domestic travel may occur to a limited extent.
