Your new role

We are now looking for an experienced Production Order Owner for an international player in the food and process industry. This assignment is a consultancy role via JobBusters and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing both sales and production orders effectively to ensure smooth deliveries and production.

Examples of tasks:

  • Create, follow up, and close sales and production orders (cost control, missing parts, order changes, etc.)
  • Coordinate and follow up on changes and deviations and ensure communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Take actions to ensure that production plans are delivered OTIF and that production flows and deadlines are met as efficiently as possible
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to secure planning and logistics

To be successful in this role, you need

  • Relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order processes
  • Experience with planning systems and ERP, preferably SAP
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Work model: Onsite 3-4 days/week
Salary: By agreement
Start: October 1, 2025
End: December 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension
