About the organization

Kry healthcare center Sickla is a modern healthcare center located just south of Stockholm with around 13,500 registered patients, of which about 250 are diabetes patients. We are a competent team of about 20 employees who work together with the patient in focus. With us, specialists in general medicine, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychologists work in a good and friendly atmosphere where we help each other. Together with Kry, we are part of an exciting journey in digital-physical healthcare.

About the role As a diabetes nurse with us, you will have a varied and developing role in a modern healthcare center. The tasks include annual check-ups and follow-ups of our diabetes patients, but other usual work at the healthcare center is also included. For example, advising via phone, reception work, triage, and vaccinations. You will also work closely with other professional categories, both within physical and digital healthcare.

Qualifications & qualities

• Licensed nurse or district nurse
• Relevant education in diabetes and experience working with diabetes patients
• Experience in Swedish healthcare, experience from primary care is highly meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are meritorious
• Good technical skills
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first
• You have good collaboration skills and are receptive to both colleagues and patients

Practical information Start: By agreement Scope: 60-100% Employment: Permanent Working hours: Daytime, with the possibility to work until 19:30 on Mondays and start at 07:30 on weekdays Location: Sickla healthcare center
