About Apoteket Mjällby

Sölvesborg has a cozy town center and is surrounded by beautiful nature, with good train connections to Lund, Malmö, and Copenhagen. Apoteket Mjällby is located in Listerlandet in a growing area, and we are seeing an increased customer flow. To meet this, we need to grow and continue to offer the best possible service. Today, we are a team of two pharmacists, one self-care advisor, and a couple of store salespeople. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:00-14:00, Sundays closed.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. With us, there is an opportunity to work both full-time and part-time. We welcome both newly graduated pharmacists and those with more experience; the most important thing is your commitment and willingness to contribute.
