Welcome to Humana. Within the Children and Youth division, Humana offers several HVB and residences that provide care, treatment, and support. Orana AB in Äsphult receives girls (15-25 years) with psychosocial and neuropsychiatric issues. Specialized unit for self-harm behavior, abuse issues, compulsions, social problems, NP diagnoses, and more. The operation is supported by psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and other professionals. The entire country is our catchment area. We are urgently looking for someone who is interested in working with girls/young women aged 15-25. The tasks are very varied. Documentation and record-keeping occur continuously in daily work, as well as contact with various agencies and clients' networks. Driving and logistics, purchasing, and cooking are also part of the tasks. Together with colleagues and the responsible therapist, you support clients in actively participating in activities and health-promoting interventions. You also participate in the development of treatment for all clients provided at the treatment home. The job requires you to have a B driver's license and access to your own car to reach the unit. The unit is located 30 km southwest of Kristianstad, on Linderödsåsen. There are no bus connections. Personal qualities We are looking for someone who is proactive, clear, engaged, collaborative, and flexible. You also need to be a secure adult, with good self-awareness and control over your own emotions. You are socially mature and easily build relationships. You have good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish and have good computer skills. We will place great importance on personal suitability. It is also an advantage if you have experience with horses, as some shifts may involve helping to care for Orana's horses in the operation. Previous experience in HVB or other care professions is advantageous. It is beneficial if you have relevant education, such as 2 years of post-secondary education or ongoing education to become a treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other qualifications. Any experience in treatment work and knowledge of CBT or DBT is advantageous. Working hours and employment rate The work involves working during the day, evening, and night with sleeping on-call duty, both weekdays and weekends. Mainly long shifts. The employment rate for substitutes varies based on the needs of the operation. What happens now?
