At Assistera Skandinavien AB, we are a family-oriented company specializing in personal assistance according to LSS. We value everyone in our operations – users, relatives, and assistants – and work to ensure that everyone feels comfortable.

We are now looking for committed and responsible female personal assistants for a client West of the city. She is around 45 years old, uses aids in her daily life, and appreciates a calm, respectful, and attentive approach. Good communication and being included in decisions are important to her.

As a personal assistant, you provide support in what is needed for daily life to function – for example, transfers, household chores, personal hygiene, and activities both inside and outside the home.

• Is a woman of working age
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is calm, attentive, and respectful
• Is meticulous, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Has experience in care and support (meritorious)
• Has experience with stoma, catheterization, and medication management (meritorious)
• A driver's license is not required, but is meritorious

• Night shifts with combined active time and waiting time.
• As needed, with the possibility of a scheduled shift.
• Salary according to collective agreement
