About the role

We are looking for a driven customer- and business-oriented Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with and developing the operations of our Nordic customers. You will, in collaboration with others in our Customer Service team and colleagues at KNAPP's headquarters, ensure that customers have effective solutions that are continuously maintained and developed.

Qualifications and personality

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in operational sales work within the aftermarket. Experience with automation solutions and technical project management is an advantage. You have a strong interest in new technology and logistics, as well as a good understanding of production and/or intralogistical flows. You are a team player but also enjoy working independently and taking your own initiatives. You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently; German is a plus. Relevant post-secondary education is advantageous but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a person, you are driven with a clear desire to build sustainable relationships with customers while being able to confidently drive the business forward with new and/or improved solutions. You are curious, positive, structured, and meticulous, with good communicative and administrative skills. You appreciate working in an organization where everyday life often has a fast pace with many contact points globally. It is natural for you to take significant individual responsibility and manage your tasks independently. Furthermore, you are organized, analytical, have good technical understanding, experience in project management, and a developed sense for business. You communicate openly and directly and are humble and unpretentious by nature.
