JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The home care service in Älmhult is now looking for more skilled substitutes who want to work when the need arises in our operations. You will replace our regular staff during illness or other leave, and you will be needed during peak times. The work schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends. You will work as a substitute where you indicate your availability when you can work.

The tasks in home care include personal care and service-oriented tasks. Personal care should meet physical, psychological, and social needs and may include assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal intake. Service-oriented tasks may include cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal distribution. You will also perform delegated tasks related to the Health and Medical Services Act. We document in our journal systems Lifecare and Cambio Cosmic, and we use the planning tool Intraphone for planning the services.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, we prefer that you have experience in care work that has given you confidence and knowledge of what it entails. If your experience is also in home care, it is an advantage. Being a trained nursing assistant or caregiver is a significant plus, but personal suitability is also crucial. You need to be calm in your interactions, responsible, positive, and solution-focused.

Swedish language skills in both speech and writing are a requirement.

You should be interested in acquiring the knowledge required to be delegated for services under the Health and Medical Services Act.

We operate from locations in central Älmhult, Virestad, and Diö. We use bicycles or cars to move between care recipients.
