With us, you will be the customer's first contact and play a key role in creating positive experiences. As a customer service representative, you will work together in a close-knit team consisting of 25-30 colleagues based in sunny Fuengirola.

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide information about our products and services as well as technical guidance.

• Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve more complex issues.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

Has a completed high school education.

Previous experience in customer service or sales. Familiarity with various CRM systems and proficiency in the Office suite. Is service-oriented, communicative, and skilled at collaborating with others. Has Swedish or Norwegian as their native language and is proficient in English, both spoken and written. Previous knowledge or work experience in the automotive industry/car sales.

Great plus if you speak other Nordic languages.

Preferred if you reside in Malaga and can start the position in the fall of 2025.
