BabySam, Denmark's leading retailer of baby and children's products, is expanding in Sweden and is looking for an engaged and results-oriented Campaign & Retail Marketing Lead, who can ensure that our campaigns, events, and store concepts truly make an impact on customers.

BabySam A/S is Denmark's market leader in baby and children's products and is known for its wide range of high-quality products – everything from strollers and car seats to clothing, toys, and accessories. With the acquisition of a Swedish baby equipment chain with 9 stores, our ambition is to become the market leader in Sweden within the next 3–5 years.

The Role

As Campaign & Retail Marketing Lead in Sweden, you will play a central role as a link between marketing and retail. You will work closely with store managers and our Nordic marketing team to ensure that campaigns and events are executed with high quality and local relevance. At the same time, you will be responsible for driving new store concepts and marketing initiatives – from idea to implementation.

The role also includes a clear digital responsibility where you ensure that our online universe is relevant, updated, and closely aligned with campaigns and activities in-store.

The position requires an outgoing profile who can take responsibility for the details of execution while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture to contribute insights, follow-ups, and new initiatives. You will be a key player in BabySam's growth journey in Sweden.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for developing and executing an ambitious campaign plan for the Swedish market, aligned with Nordic strategies but tailored to local market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with store teams to activate marketing initiatives and campaigns in-store, support local events, and ensure exceptional execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure ongoing updates and optimization of campaign-related content in-store and on BabySam.se to drive traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Continuously ensure development and identify new opportunities to create traffic, strengthen the brand, and increase sales in Sweden – both online and in-store.

Your profile

  • Experience in retail marketing in Sweden, preferably from a chain.
  • A strong combination of practical execution ability and strategic understanding.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and ready to take responsibility.
  • Ability to work closely with stores and create engagement around marketing activities.
  • Good project management skills – structured but also flexible when the pace is high.
  • Good digital understanding and experience in optimizing content and campaigns online.
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop both yourself and the role to the next level.
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
