Do you want to excel in search while getting a foot in the recruitment industry? I, Lidia, am looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to combine their studies with hands-on recruitment work with us at B3.

I have been at B3 for almost three years, working with recruitment and inclusion. You will work closely with me in a small but strong team focused on search. We use LinkedIn Recruiter, and you will build talent pools, identify candidates, and learn how to find the right people for the right roles.

In addition to search, you will work in Teamtailor and eventually be able to conduct your own interviews, write interview summaries, and participate in our inclusion efforts.

We believe that you…

• Are studying HR, human resources, IT/tech, or similar and want to combine studies with practical experience

• Are curious, structured, and enjoy taking initiative

• Speak and write both Swedish and English fluently

Practical arrangements

Location: Wallingatan in Stockholm Scope: at least 16 hours a week, we will create a schedule together that works with your studies Start: as soon as possible
