About the role

As an Account Manager, you will have full responsibility for the sales of digital marketing services. You will work with both new customer acquisition and existing clients, from the first contact to closing and follow-up. You will build and nurture your own customer portfolio and work towards clear KPIs, always focusing on results and customer benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Own responsibility for the B2B sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
  • Actively build and maintain your own customer portfolio.

  • Be part of an engaged and driven sales team.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Is comfortable in proactive sales and enjoys taking responsibility for their own results.
  • Is social, goal-focused, and motivated by making a difference.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a company in strong expansion.

Meritorious: experience from digital services, Eniro, Hitta.se, or similar businesses.

What we offer

Base salary: 25,000 SEK/month. Generous commission model: 25% on sales over 100,000 SEK/month.

OTE: approx. 50,000 SEK after 12 months, 75,000 SEK after 24 months. Daily breakfast buffet and pleasant office premises on Kungsgatan in central Stockholm. Work in a company with high growth goals and a strong team culture.

Employment conditions

Extent: Full-time (100%) Working hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–16:00 Start: Immediately or by agreement Location: Stockholm, central

Recruitment process

1. First interview with the sales manager.

2. Second interview with the sales manager and CEO + test.

3. Offer and signing.
