About Apoteket Uttern

Apoteket Uttern is located in the heart of Tingsryd, in the same building as the health center, dental care, youth clinic, child health care, maternity care, physiotherapy, and conversation therapy. Next door, there is a large and modern nursing home, and across the street, you will find both an adventure pool, gym, and restaurants.

With us, you will meet a diverse clientele, from families with small children to elderly customers and residents from various healthcare facilities. We are currently an engaged team consisting of four pharmacists and two self-care advisors, and we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to be a part of us!

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:00-13:00.

For us, this package is a step in strengthening our vision of A Life in Health. With our package - Career at Apoteket, you will receive, in addition to a relocation grant to the municipality of 30,000 SEK, a bonus of a total of 90,000 SEK (30,000 SEK / year for 3 years) as well as an additional supplement of 3,000 SEK/month for a 3-year period.

Total compensation (Career at Apoteket) is 228,000 SEK with a 3-year employment.

Your Role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you will contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have experience from a pharmacy.
• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in, for example, self-care, digital advice, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
