About the job

The work as a nursing assistant is a varied job that suits you who are driven by making a difference for our elderly in society. You contribute to good care and support for the residents in their homes and work with care tailored to the individual’s needs.

You receive delegation regarding health and medical care interventions and also work based on case management at night. Furthermore, you contribute to the work with information about the user at night to others in the team, which is also the basis for implementation plans. You work in a team of six staff at night and are expected to participate actively in teamwork. You also collaborate with our nurses who patrol at night between our own operations.

About Johanna's Garden

Johanna's Garden is a care and nursing home with 86 apartments spread over three floors. We have both dementia and somatic care focus. Johanna's Garden is certified by the Silvia Home, which means that all permanent staff have undergone training through the Silvia Home's care philosophy.

The elderly care within Täby municipality promotes digital development in the work through documentation and various digital signing systems.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant with 1500 credits or has comparable validated education according to the decision on protected professional title for nursing assistants.
• Expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Since communication and documentation are important tools in our operations, this is a requirement.
• Has experience in elderly care.
• Has experience with night work - meritorious.
• Feels comfortable using digital aids.
• Has knowledge of the systems Pulsen Combine, AlfaSign it, EasitGo, and Medvind - meritorious.

You have the ability to meet people in different situations in a professional manner and find joy in helping and supporting people in their daily lives. As a person, you are responsible and flexible, and have the ability to maintain a holistic perspective. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
