About the role
As a salesperson for heat pumps, you will work with the entire customer journey, from the first contact to closing the deal. You will combine customer visits with digital meetings and phone contact, making the role both varied and dynamic. You are responsible for understanding the customer's needs, providing the right solutions, and ensuring a safe and smooth process all the way to installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming leads and prospecting new customers
- Conducting customer meetings, both on-site and digitally
- Analyzing energy needs and suggesting the right type of heat pump solution
- Creating quotes and following up on ongoing deals
- Collaborating closely with technicians, project managers, and inside sales representatives

Who are you?
- You have documented experience selling heat pumps to private customers
- You are a relationship builder who loves making deals and exceeding goals
- You thrive with freedom under responsibility and have a B driver's license
Important: We are specifically looking for someone who already has experience selling heat pumps to private individuals. Applications without this experience will unfortunately not be considered.
