About the Position

As the Deputy Sales Leader for Meat at ICA Maxi Nacka, you will play a key role in driving and developing one of the store's most profitable departments. You will work closely with the Meat Sales Leader and report to both the Sales Leader and Sales Manager. This role is perfect for you who want to grow in sales, business, and leadership. You will be responsible for orders on certain days, ensuring that the assortment and volumes are always correct, and that the department is well-stocked, clean, and inspiring. Through sales pressure, campaigns, displays, and tastings, you actively contribute to increased sales and a great customer experience.

In your daily work, you will plan operations together with the Meat Sales Leader, follow up on results, and work systematically with waste, margins, and efficiency. When the Sales Leader is not present, you will lead the department and coach your colleagues, create engagement, and contribute to a positive atmosphere where everyone enjoys working together. Here, you will have a role where you make a difference every day, receive valuable training in leadership, and have growth opportunities towards larger leadership roles within ICA.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in retail within the grocery sector, preferably meat or fresh produce
Has a basic understanding of sales, waste, margins, and store economics
Is structured, responsible, and takes initiative
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works solution-oriented
Has an interest in food, quality, and sales-oriented displays
Wants to develop in leadership and take the next step in their career
Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as completed upper secondary education

Experience with orders and working with larger volumes, experience with LEAN or Leading Store Operations, knowledge of StoreOffice/MinButik, and previous experience in leading others are advantageous.

The Position

Full-time, permanent with a six-month probationary period

Start date: March 1

Varied working hours, including evenings and weekends
