Personal assistant needed for a woman in Hultsfred.

We are looking for a woman who wishes to make a difference for another person; you may have previous experience in personal assistance or healthcare.

As an assistant, it is important for you to support and be the extended arm of the customer by providing her with the necessary help and support. The customer's interests include calm activities such as taking care of the home, reading newspapers, and gardening.

We are looking for an assistant who meets these criteria:

• You should be a woman with personal maturity and the ability to be empathetic.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Responsibility and openness to learn new things and adapt to the customer's needs and routines are also important qualities.
• Humility and the ability to be the customer's extended arm are of great significance.
• You should show respect for working in someone else's home and be adaptable.
• An interest in helping the customer is more important than previous experience, with the ability to see the whole picture.
• Motivating while maintaining a balance to not be too intrusive.
• Must be smoke-free, preferably completely tobacco-free.
