In the role of systems engineer, you will break down customer requirements into feasible technical requirements and designs. You will support the development teams that, in turn, implement the requirements in hardware or software (depending on experience) and thus be a crucial piece in keeping the entire value chain together. That is, from the time the requirements specification comes from the customer until the wishes are technically realized. 

We are looking for someone with a problem-solving attitude and who is open to trying new approaches. You have the ability to take responsibility and work independently while contributing to a positive team dynamic. With a balance between technical competence and social skills, you can navigate complex projects and drive successful solutions.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have the following experience:

• Requirements Management – breaking down customer requirements into technical requirements 
• System Design and Technical Leadership – design and management of the development of complex technical systems.
• Software or Hardware Development in Complex Systems – development and implementation of architectural solutions in advanced system environments.
• Verification and Testing at the System Level – verifying systems through testing to ensure that the software meets the established requirements and 
• Communication and Collaboration Skills – collaborating with various stakeholders and communicating about technical solutions.

If you have worked with programming, computer architecture, operating systems, and IT security, it is a merit.
