About the Role

As a project manager at Sopra Steria, you play a crucial role in delivering to our clients. In our projects, you will navigate the intersection of IT and business, utilizing your ability to lead, inspire, and motivate your team towards self-management and collaboration every day. The projects vary in nature, both large and small, involving colleagues from Sopra Steria nationally as well as colleagues from our clients.

As a project manager, we believe you are well-versed in classical project methods as well as agile frameworks, and that you have solid experience in leading roles in implementation or development projects for digital solutions. It is important for us that you are accustomed to working with clients, stakeholders, and other interests in complex environments, as we often engage in advanced assignments. We believe you have a genuine interest in digitalization and technical solutions, and that you share our vision of simplifying and improving people's everyday lives through innovative solutions for a sustainable and equitable future.

About You

7+ years of experience in project management within digitalization
Proven ability to drive technical deliveries/implementation projects on-site with clients
Experienced in conducting follow-ups and reporting according to agreed processes
Possess a good business sense that enables participation in business development with clients
Hold a relevant university degree
Excellent command of Swedish and English
Preferred if certified in PMI, Prince2, or similar
Preferred if you have prior consulting experience
Preferred if you have industry experience from healthcare, energy, or telecom sectors
