About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a stable and qualitative delivery of services. The work is varied and involves everything from handling incoming cases to contributing to technical troubleshooting and coordinating actions. You will be an important link in the communication between the customer and the organization and will have the opportunity to work in a broad and dynamic environment.

More specifically, the responsibilities include the following:

• Customer contact via portal, phone, and email in both Swedish and English
• Create and manage cases (incidents, inquiries, orders) in ITSM tools
• Troubleshooting customer access, CPE, and configuration/activation of CPE and access switches (e.g., VLAN, capacity services)
• Coordination of field service for urgent fiber breaks, hardware replacements, and other faults
• Prepare incident reports and Reason for Outage (RFO) as needed

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• YH degree or university education in network technology
• Basic networking knowledge and understanding of IT platforms
• Ability to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of ITIL and CSNA is an advantage
• Experience in service desk, field service, or fiber/logistics is a plus
