About us

Ekelidens operations are located just over ten kilometers from Hässleholm in idyllic Tyringe, a beautiful former spa town close to nature and recreational areas. We cater to adults in target groups 1 and 2 within LSS. We operate both group housing and daily activities.

About the position

We are now looking for a new housing supporter for our operations. As a housing supporter, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and implement activities with the client
• Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks

Employment conditions

We are looking for employees who can work as needed, both for planned and acute absences. Working hours vary between days, evenings, and weekends.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensations are according to collective agreements. The start date for the position will be agreed upon.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing supporter also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you must have:

• Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the work
• A valid driver's license (B)
