Now you have the chance to be part of something from the beginning! On October 1, 2025, we will open Mobilia Healthcare Center's new unit in Oxie, and we are looking for you who want to be part of our team and help build the business from the ground up.

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse (at least 60 credits). Previous experience in primary care or as a district nurse is an advantage – but we place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and teamwork ability.

About the role

As a nurse with us, you will have a broad and varied assignment within the general medical field. You will meet patients of all ages and life situations – in the reception, via phone, at the clinic, and in digital channels.

The work is largely independent, with the opportunity to make your own assessments and decisions, but you will also be part of a cross-professional team where close collaboration is a natural part of everyday life.

We actively work with joint assessments, where you, together with doctors and other professionals, jointly assess and plan the patient's care. The work is both health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented – an important part of primary care.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse – preferably with specialist training as a district nurse
• Has a flexible, curious, and solution-focused approach
• Is confident in your professional role and used to making your own decisions
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team
• Is accommodating, attentive, and clear in your communication
• Has an interest in digitalization and the development of healthcare services
• Thrives in a role with varied tasks and occasionally high tempo

Together with the healthcare center management, you will be an important part of developing our new clinic in Oxie – where we together create safe, accessible, and modern care for the residents of the area.

Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with about 7,500 registered patients. We have a stable team where collaboration, shared competence, and joy at work are in focus.
