We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented Support and Aftermarket Specialist for a consulting assignment. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the highest quality in the aftermarket process. You will be an important part of a global context where you can develop and contribute to long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns after sales. Coordinate with sales, operations, quality, and other internal teams to resolve issues. Act as an escalation point for technical questions. Follow up on disputes and ensure payments from customers. Document, archive, and close cases in relevant systems. Analyze recurring problems and contribute to continuous improvements. Work in accordance with the company's values and ensure high integrity.

We are looking for someone who: Has experience in customer service or complaint handling, preferably within B2B. Has good knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and preferably OCR/Esker. Is accustomed to working in MS Office. Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English; additional Nordic language is a plus.

Scope: Full-time consulting assignment in Nyköping or Västerås. Start October 20, 2025. The assignment runs until October 19, 2026.
