We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager in construction who wants to be a key player in our projects. At Nordion Energi, you will have the opportunity to lead, develop, and drive projects from start to finish in a dynamic and forward-looking organization.

Worth knowing  Nordion Energi works purposefully to deliver 100% green energy. To achieve this transition, the energy systems for electricity, gas, and heat need to be interconnected. The ability to flexibly transfer and store energy will be crucial. Through collaboration with other actors, we aim to increase the total volume of renewable energy, thereby securing energy supply and reducing emissions. As part of this, we are driving a number of projects where you, as Project Manager, will be another important employee contributing to achieving these goals. You will belong to the Gas Network Construction Projects and be part of a team consisting of 5 other Project Managers with extensive knowledge in land and construction. Together, the team drives a diversified portfolio of projects in new construction, renovation, new connections, and maintenance of our assets. You will report to the Head of Gas Network Construction Projects. 

Your responsibilities In the next five years, Nordion Energi will initiate several larger construction projects related to biogas. The projects will primarily start in northern Skåne, where Nordion Energi will connect several facilities for biogas production and new consumption customers to the grid. The planned pipeline length is approximately 140 kilometers. Here, you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to enabling the continued development of our new biogas infrastructure. The position is based at our headquarters in Malmö. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on projects with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Your tasks will include project planning, resource and risk management, procurement, and coordination of project teams and contractors. You will monitor finances, ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements, and report the project's status to stakeholders. Our expectations

• You likely have a Master's degree in a relevant field complemented by project management training
• Background in construction and building projects, with a good understanding of contract law, economics, and scheduling
• Good knowledge of larger interconnected systems, technical specifications, and relevant regulations
• Experience in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiation
• Competence in project management, preferably with experience in tools like MS Project or similar programs
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in construction work
• Training in BAS P and BAS U
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
